Initial Concept Solutions: The Company

Initial Concept Solutions formed in mid-2002 to provide leading technology solutions to the transport industry. The
founding members of the company have all come from a railway, parking and security background totalling some 100 years experience in practical - design, installation, maintenance and management of security, parking and railway infrastructure. At Initial Concept Solutions we are dedicated specialists to the more demanding requirements and standards in this field.

In 2004 we expanded into providing a wider range of security products:- Car Park Barriers, Gate Systems, Automated Bollard Systems, Pay On Foot and Pay And Display Systems. Our staff are highly experienced in the design, fitting and maintenance of these systems. We strive to ensure that the products we supply are of the highest quality, whilst provided at competitive prices. By working directly with the manufacturers and suppliers of these systems we feel we can offer a unique service, providing tailored solutions based on the needs of the customer.

Initial Concept Solutions was registered in Cardiff under number 04491525. We operate from our offices in Penarth in Vale of Glamorgan. We supply, fit and maintain systems across the whole of the United Kingdom.

Our Policies

We feel high standards are very important and demand the very same from all our suppliers and sub-contractors. In line with ISO 9000 directives we seek to continually improve and monitor our standards and procedures.

We will always try to provide accurate, fair and complete pricing. To this end we have introduced a standard pricing structure to ensure consistent and accurate pricing of our products and services. We do not condone ‘what can we get away with’ pricing and our quotations will always reflect the actual equipment and services provided, with due discounts for quantity orders.
